Our role is that of a catalyst, facilitator and trainer. It enables the managers to perceive the need to change in their approach to solve present and future problems of the organization through participation in short capsulated training programs conducted in an innovative manner using a variety of creative thinking tools and techniques.
We also provide global links to on-line self-learning for advance practitioners of creative thinking.
As facilitator, we provide assistance in the actual use of the innovative management tools to solve specific organizational problems. Once learnt, it elevates executives, managers, and employees to a higher level of innovative thinking.
